Experience
I am a writing and language arts tutor from Clifton, New Jersey. My desire is to teach students, both with and without disabilities, as a general education teacher. I have experience teaching various subjects, including English, reading, middle school math, essay editing, college preparatory math, test prep, and creative writing. I am a big encourager of reading and ACT, SAT, and PSAT preparation. Currently, I am a graduate student at Montclair State University. I hold a degree in Creative Writing from SUNY Purchase. My credentials speak for themselves, as I have worked at a prestigious learning center previously, and have a few years of substituting under my belt. I have the gift of breaking hard material into simpler form for students. When I am not teaching my students how to be great readers and writers, I enjoy sewing, cross-stitching, reading, and writing. I also can quickly solve a Rubik's cube, learn and complete new puzzles, and partake in crafts.
